Still charging the same rates? Let's talk about that

It’s easy to talk yourself out of raising your rates.

Maybe you think your clients can’t afford it.
Maybe you’re afraid of losing work.
Maybe it feels too uncomfortable to push yourself.

But here’s the thing: every time you decide not to raise your rates, you're reinforcing the idea that you don’t deserve more.

So before you stay stuck at your current price point, ask yourself:

  1. Do I know what I want to earn this year?
    Because if your pricing doesn’t align with your income goals, how are you going to hit them?
  2. Am I clear on who I really want to work with?
    Because high-quality clients aren’t shopping for the cheapest option—they’re looking for the right fit.
  3. What is really holding me back?
    Because whether it's fear of rejection, self-doubt, or people-pleasing, naming it is the first step in addressing it.
  4. Am I basing my decision on assumptions about what my clients can afford?
    Because guessing someone’s budget isn’t a solid business strategy.
  5. Do I believe in my value?
    Because if you can’t explain why your work is worth it, your clients won’t see it either.
